    I've been going to JC Tortas for 8yrs and it's still Hands down the best Tortas in town! Good eats for sure!

    Stopped in for lunch. The specialty is Tortas so I ordered the chicken torta combination and a strawberry mango smoothie. The torta was very good and the smoothie was refreshing.
    I will definitely come again. Need to try more items from the menu.

    Good tortas, a fairly unappetizing environment, and barely civil staff. The smoothies are refreshing, but take forever to prepare. This place is very popular and with the slow service, it can take a while to get your food. It's worth it if you don't mind a dirty restaurant.

    I used to come to this place during high school for lunch or after practice...They are delicious and taste exactly the same-- Just wish they had more lunch specials like before!

    Today was our second visit to this great Tortas shop.  We first ate there 2 1/2 years ago when we stayed at the nearby RV park.  This trip it was our first stop when we hit town, and it was just as fantastic as the first time!  We will go back tomorrow morning for the eggs and chorizo tortas for breakfast / lunch.  The tortas are BIG and the bread is sooooooo tender!  Why can't we find tortas like this in Houston?

    This is not a fancy place, just great food!
